Payment Terms

 

Custom works are priced individually based on the scope of the work, material costs, and other relevant factors. The customer receives a separate offer, and an invoice will be issued. Payment terms are stated in the invoice. All orders are placed through direct contact.

Return and Cancellation Policy

 

Tailor-made products are manufactured according to the customer’s request and cannot be returned (as allowed under Section 16, Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act). The customer may cancel the order before the design and production process begins. If the cancellation occurs after the process has started, the customer will be charged for the work already done and for any materials purchased. Delivery method is agreed upon individually with each customer.

Data Protection and Cookies (GDPR)

 

Elina Puro processes personal data confidentially and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The site uses cookies for functionality and analytics. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings. More information is available in the [privacy policy].
